lines from Yesterday once more
- Carpenters

'...All my best memories come back lively to me
Some can even make me cry
Just like before; It's yesterday once more
Every 'Sha-la-la-la' every 'vou-ou-vo-vou' still shine
Every 'Shin'-a lin'-a lin' ' let they starting to sing so high...'

'...Make two black spots by side on a sheet of white paper so that they're separated by a distance of 55 millimeters. Close the left eye and look at the left dot with your right eye. Hold the paper at a distance of about 30 cms and move it slowly towards you. At a distance of about 10 cms from your open eye, the right dot will suddenly disappear. This's because its image has fallen on the blind spot of your eye which as you know, is insensitive to light impressions. (Nerve fibres from all parts of the retina collect here to form the optic nerve which transmits light impressions to the brain.)
